Commercial strip famous for its cake shops, restaurants, music bars, cafes. one third of the street has changed into pedestrian only. It is on the other end of the same street our building is on. Walking distance to all the shops.
The Palais Theatre is a concert venue and treatre located in the Melbourne inner suburb St Kilda. With a capacity of 2896 people, it is the largest seated theatre in Australia. the former cinema, which retains many of its original features, is the considered one of the finest examples of Art deco architecture in the country and is included on the Victorian Heritage Register. It is a land mark in St Kilda foreshore next to the famous Luna Park.
